Bridge between VPN and LAN?

I connect to Internet 2 PCs by Dial up connection at different places and then I make One PC as a VPN Server through in Windows XP, and 2nd PC as a VPN Client. Now I dial a VPN connection and connect to these both system at same time. Now the problem is that I am not accessing my LAN at that time means I want to Know How to Use VPN through dial Up Internet connection and LAN of both PC. Help Me.
