A video website before youtube?

When I was little back in the late 90s (or possibly very early 2000s), my brother showed me some user uploaded video on the internet of a car. the video took forever to load because we had dial-up. If I remember right, youtube wasnt released until 2005. I asked my brother what website it was but he dosnt remember. its always been a question in my head... does anyone have any answers?
