Why is my internet disconnecting me from black ops?

this is temporarily disconnecting my internet. Its happening to me, but together its annoying. Everyday i play cod, the internet disconnects me. My internet is dial up. I don't get why it does this when im playing multiplayer or zombies. If i can fix the problem, I'll feel so better playing black ops.
