Whenever i download something it stops. HELP!!!!!!?

i use diffrent download accelerators and most of them dont work. and now i am downloading adobe Photoshop and it keeps stopping and then i pause it and resume it and it works for like .1 percent and then stops. i have Comcast NOT DIAL-UP thank u for answering
