I cancelled my MSN dial up acct. 3/21/11 but am still being billed and your 800# will not accept my calls.?

Confirmation # 1151 1857 33 for cancellation on 3/21/11. I do not wish to continue with ANY Email accts. Please close my Email acct. completely. No Hotmail renewals please.
