Did Yahoo Answers actually do any of the maintenance they posted they were going to do yesterday?

It seems that things are actually worse today, if that is even possible. The lag between typing in an answer and having it posted is ridiculous. I am on the fastest connection of anyone I know, and Y/A behaves like Dial-up.
