Why does my computer or internet do this?

If i go to a website like youtube, it takes forever to load or if am on a website and i click a link on that website, the internet freezes up and i have to click out of it so my internet will run fine again. Its been doing this for a few weeks now and its never done this before. I dont have a dial up connection and I have clearwire
